What does an outreach platform do?
It covers the whole outreach job: storing and verifying prospects, sending personalised sequences, managing replies, tracking deals and reporting. A link-building outreach platform adds link-specific steps such as prices per placement and checking that links stay live.
Can I connect several mailboxes?
Yes. Free connects 1 mailbox, Solo 3, Pro 10 and Agency 30. Pink Post rotates new emails to the mailbox with the lowest share of its daily limit used, and keeps follow-ups on the mailbox that sent the first email so they stay in the same thread.
How do sequence conditions work?
Each follow-up step has a condition: always, no reply, opened, not opened, clicked or bounced. Any reply stops the sequence for that prospect.
How does the live link check work?
For deals marked Link live, Pink Post fetches the published page and searches the HTML for your target URL. If it is gone, the deal is marked missing; if the page fails to load it is marked error.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The first user is the admin and can invite teammates. Pro includes 3 users and Agency 10.
Does it integrate with other tools?
